Open an app
Try a full run
- 1Admin: Manage → Invite a person → Resident. Then Open invite link.
- 2As the resident: create your account and confirm your email. You’ll wait for approval.
- 3Back as admin: Manage → Join requests → Approve. The resident page updates to You’re in.
- 4As the resident: Create a pass and note its code.
- 5Gate device: type the code → Valid → take photo → Check in.

In Milestone 1
Admin: create the estate, blocks and gates; invite residents, owners, admins, Exco, workers and security; approve or remove people; gate devices; connect to other estates’ gates and approve their requests; visitor log. Estate tab: announcements, community board, forum, documents, polls and elections, facilities and bookings, complaints and workers, household. Finance: bills, payments, budget, money, orders, settings. Safety: raise an alert, live alerts, history, warn the estate, settings. Structure and roles: units, blocks, leadership, access presets, extra access.
Resident: join with an invitation (admin approves), one-time and recurring passes, share by WhatsApp, text or link, cancel, history, permanent resident code, approve walk-ins.
Security: check codes, check in and out, residents, walk-ins, connected-estate visitors, today’s log.

Gate device demo
Then open the gate device. Residents can also raise an alert from Emergency (hold the dial). Three wrong codes in a row show a warning; refusing entry asks for a reason; Main gate asks for a plate number.
Electricity demo
“Transfer arrives” matches the newest unpaid order. “Provider fails next vend” switches to provider vending and makes the next token fail.
