Gideon Estate is free to use. Acevelt charges a small, capped fee only when residents pay online.
How it works
- Processing fee: 1.5%, never more than ₦2,000Covers the payment provider and Acevelt’s share. Rate and cap shown are examples.
- Bank transfers and access featuresAlways free.
- Who pays the fee: the payerOnly the Super Admin, Mr. Okon, can change this. It applies to future payments only, and all Admins are told.
